– Instructing Athletic Strength, Conditioning and Functional Training, Body-weight Training, Sports Nutrition Consultation & Muay Thai Self Defense for both individual and group training.

– Designing, planning, implementing and instructing youth as well as adult multi-level martial arts to include; Muay Thai and Boxing.

– Teaching individuals the Seven Virtues of Bushido: Rectitude, Courage, Benevolence, Respect, Honor, Honesty and Loyalty.


– Designing exercise and nutrition programs for a wide variety of individuals ranging from 6-62 years of age and as heavy as 420lbs…… NO EXCUSES!!!

– Guiding and motivating clients to reach their peak fitness potential.

– Continually assessing progress by making manipulations accordingly based on the individuals’ goals, needs and wants.


– Focusing on limiting the intake of oxygen that the lungs can manage (HYPOXIA TRAINING)

– Focusing on individuals to go into an ANAEROBIC STATE of physical strength with the capability to utilize their weight to move effectively and efficiently in any realm of their functional world.

– Separating individual muscle groups to ensure the muscle delivers at its maximal capacity through increasing strength, cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular endurance and flexibility.
