Attach chains to the end of the weight and make sure you use collars to secure load. These type of curls create an unstable environment as the chains swing while you perform a curl, in addition to, build your grip strength when using the fat grips. The idea is to use a balance of function and isolation as you lift up. BUT BE CAREFUL on the return. Find YOUR rhythm.
