Here’s a bicep movement you can do after your bicep routine.

💥5 MINUTE DRILL💥

Start with either one 2.5lb plate or two 2,5lb plates on each hand. Every thirty seconds increase ONE plate. Once you get to the 2:30minute mark, Reverse the order of how you started and finish with the same weigh you began with.
